Sales Account Manager

About the role

CIS Nigeria, a leading ICT systems integrator, is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join its Lagos team. You will act as a trusted technology advisor, managing key client relationships and driving sales growth across the Nigerian market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of assigned enterprise accounts, building long‑term partnerships.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting new opportunities to negotiating and closing deals.
• Collaborate with technical and presales teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of quota‑carrying IT sales experience in Nigeria.
• Proven record of consistently over‑achieving sales targets.
• Strong network within the Nigerian enterprise sector is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and able to work effectively in a local team.

Required skills

• Experience selling complex IT solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity and Data Center services.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
