RS-Crude & ENA Warehouse Officer

About the role

The RS-Crude & ENA Warehouse Officer will manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of RS‑Crude and ENA products at our Sango Ota facility. This role ensures accurate inventory control, compliance with safety standards, and smooth warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and dispense RS‑Crude and ENA according to approved handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct routine stock counts, report discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling to maintain product quality and prevent contamination.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards for hazardous and flammable materials.
• Assist in managing spills, leaks, and safety incidents.
• Prepare dispatch documentation and keep precise warehouse records.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or FMCG/manufacturing environments.
• Good organizational, communication, and record‑keeping abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Forklift operation.
