Retail Runner

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Runner to join our store team and help ensure smooth daily operations and a high‑quality customer experience. You will work closely with sales associates, visual merchandisers and store management to keep the shop organized, welcoming and fully stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Prepare, organize and maintain fitting rooms, ensuring cleanliness between uses.
• Assist with receiving, tagging and labeling new stock.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation, keeping the ambiance consistent.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies and move merchandise from inventory to the shop floor.
• Respond to customer requests through sales associates and facilitate communication between customers and the sales team.
• Follow store safety and operational procedures, reporting any incidents or safety issues to management.
• Perform general store support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE (Secondary School Certificate).
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail or support role (preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Team‑oriented, reliable and professional appearance.
• Friendly, customer‑oriented personality.
