About the role
The Retail Development Manager will lead retail sales growth for Heirs Insurance Group by recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and managing a team of Financial Advisors. This hybrid position is based in Lagos State.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, train and coach Financial Advisors to meet performance targets.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and drive results.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Required profile
- Strong recruitment, leadership, training and team‑management abilities.
- Experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
- Relevant degree or HND; knowledge of insurance or financial services is an advantage.
