About the role

We are seeking participants to help evaluate a voice assistant by making real‑world phone calls. This short‑term remote study involves interacting naturally with the system and providing feedback.

Key responsibilities

Make five phone calls to the voice assistant over one week, covering personal topics such as health, work, education, and everyday needs.
Each call should last between 5 and 15 minutes, with no scripted dialogue.
Complete a brief feedback survey (about 5 minutes) after each call.
Consent to recording and transcript generation for analysis.

Required profile

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Fluent in English and able to place phone calls independently.
Preferably a feature‑phone user or a smartphone user with limited data.
Limited prior experience with voice assistants is a plus.
Open to participants of any gender, from rural or urban areas.
