About the role
We are looking for a remote Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team at BPO Homes Inc. In this contract position you will reach out to prospective clients, generate qualified leads and set up appointments for our sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce BPO Homes’ real‑estate services.
- Generate and qualify leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Provide accurate information about property offerings and market trends.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales colleagues to convert leads into closed deals.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in cold calling and customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead‑generation techniques.
- Basic understanding of real‑estate market trends.
- Self‑motivated, independent and well‑organized.
- Previous real‑estate experience is a plus.
