Remote LLM Agentic Trainer – Programmer

About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote LLM Agentic Trainer with programming expertise to validate and ensure the quality of training data for agentic AI systems. This contractor role involves creating structured JSON tasks and collaborating with AI researchers on cutting‑edge projects.

Key responsibilities

• Validate large‑scale training datasets and maintain strict quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers to align datasets with agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across projects.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices for dataset preparation and validation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any programming language for data handling and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Expertise in handling JSON data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality and consistency.
• Interest in or exposure to agentic AI, large language models, or NLP best practices.
