Remote Back‑Office Agent – Fluent English

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a remote Back‑Office Agent who is fluent in English. You will work with a multicultural team, handling data verification and quality assurance tasks for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end Coverage Engine workflow, including sourcing, matching and quality checks.
• Verify and curate source data, ensuring accuracy of details and compliance with checklists.
• Maintain high‑quality assets such as links, images and official references.
• Conduct visual quality assurance on all outputs, following presentation guidelines.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and responsibly.
• Identify and escalate technical issues through appropriate channels for timely resolution.
• Support additional operational tasks within the scope of the role as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and visual judgment.
• Ability to follow strict processes, checklists and guidelines consistently.
• Good understanding of food and dishes, with resourcefulness for quick online research.
• Independent work style while adhering to established procedures.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM, stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload) and backup power supply.

Required skills

• Proficiency with web‑based tools.
• Google Sheets – filters, basic formulas and pivot tables.
