Relationship Officer, Yobe State

About the role

Dangote Industries Limited is looking for a Relationship Officer for Yobe State, based in Geidam, within the Dangote Cement business unit. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships, understanding each client's needs and offering tailored solutions so that clients view you as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery to clients
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales work experience
