Relationship Officer, Ondo State

About the role

Dangote Industries Limited is looking for a Relationship Officer for its Dangote Cement business unit in Ondo State, based in Owo/Ifon and Akure. The role is about building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships, understanding each client's needs and offering tailored solutions so that clients view you as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or concerns
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients
• Work with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery to clients
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant sales work experience
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred
