Relationship Officer, Osun State

About the role

Dangote Industries Limited is looking for a Relationship Officer for its Osun State business unit, Dangote Cement Plc, based in Ilesa and Iwo. The role is about building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships so that clients feel satisfied and loyal, and becoming a trusted advisor to them.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery to clients.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales work experience.
