Relationship Officer, Ekiti

About the role

Dangote Industries Limited is looking for a Relationship Officer for Ekiti State, based in Omuo, within the Dangote Cement business unit. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships, understanding each client's needs and offering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or concerns
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant sales work experience
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
