Relationship Officer, Kebbi

About the role

Dangote Industries Limited is looking for a Relationship Officer for its Kebbi business unit, Dangote Cement Plc. The role is about building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions so they feel supported as trusted advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or concerns
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients
• Work with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant sales work experience
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred
