Relationship Officer

About the role

TraderSqr is a UK‑based startup building cross‑border trade infrastructure for African retailers. As a Relationship Officer you will act as the primary point of contact for retailers, helping them onboard, use the platform and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and support retailers on the TraderSqr platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business owners.
• Educate retailers on platform features, benefits and usage.
• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Support retailer verification, account activation and sourcing requests.
• Generate and nurture new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and activity records.
• Achieve onboarding and engagement targets.
• Provide regular field and performance reports.

Required profile

• Smart, energetic and highly coachable graduate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND, NYSC completed, 1‑2 years relevant experience.
• Resident in Lagos or Abuja.
