About the role
We are looking for a target‑driven Relationship Officer to acquire, onboard, and manage FMCG distributors within assigned territories in Port Harcourt. The role involves field visits, customer relationship building, and monitoring repayments.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new customers
- Complete and verify KYC documentation
- Drive GMV, product adoption, and portfolio growth
- Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits
- Monitor repayments and escalate risks where necessary
- Share market insights and activity reports
Required profile
- 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, micro‑finance, or lending
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship‑management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field‑based role
What we offer
- Salary range: 100,000 – 150,000
- Conveyance allowance
