Relationship Officer, Edo State

About the role

Dangote Industries Limited is looking for a Relationship Officer for its Dangote Cement business unit in Edo State, based in Ekpoma. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships, understanding each client's needs and offering tailored solutions so that clients view the officer as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or concerns
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients
• Work with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery to clients
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales work experience
