Regional Store Coordinator – West Zone (Nigeria)

About the role

The Regional Store Coordinator will support the West Zone operations in Nigeria, ensuring that inventory and logistics processes run smoothly across all Sun King stores in the region. Working closely with the Zonal Store Manager and the central warehouse, you will help expand business units while maintaining high standards of stock accuracy and store compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional warehouse inventory, record goods received and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate with third‑party transporters to deliver goods to stores on time and in good condition while controlling costs.
• Scan inventory in and out on a serial basis and liaise with the HQ warehouse for stock replenishment.
• Prepare and share weekly on‑hand stock reports for all shops in the region.
• Monitor store executives for legal compliance, shop etiquette, and cleanliness.
• Handle faulty product returns to HQ and conduct regular physical inventory counts.
• Train and support Sun King Store Executives (SSEs), fill in during their leave, and ensure they follow proper processes.
• Investigate stock losses, report variances, and coordinate police reports when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum two years of progressive experience in procurement, supply, or inventory management within a multinational organization.
• Strong judgment, communication, presentation and reporting abilities.
• Result‑oriented multitasker who works well in a team and builds effective stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
