Regional Sales Manager

About the role

OYH, a leading building‑materials company, is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive market expansion across Nigeria. You will lead the creation and management of a high‑performing distribution network for key product lines, ensuring strong market penetration and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a national channel strategy to broaden market reach.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage distributors and dealers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and major construction projects.
• Lead the local sales team, set targets and provide coaching.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in building‑materials or construction chemicals, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success developing distribution channels in East Africa, especially Kenya.
• Fluent English; Swahili proficiency is a strong advantage.
