Regional Sales Manager – Fluid Dynamics & DABU Business

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the growth of our Fluid Dynamics and DABU aftermarket businesses across Nigeria. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding distributor networks, and securing institutional and project sales.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for submersible pumps, borewell pumps, agricultural engines and small industrial pumps.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual targets and increase market share.
• Identify and develop opportunities in agriculture, irrigation, water supply, borehole and light‑industrial segments.
• Build, appoint and strengthen distributor and dealer networks, ensuring adequate inventory and service capability.
• Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners and provide technical training.
• Pursue government tenders, NGO‑funded projects and private irrigation schemes, building relationships with EPC contractors and institutional customers.
• Provide technical guidance on pump selection, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting, and run product demonstrations and workshops.
• Drive aftermarket parts sales for gensets and industrial engines, supporting service initiatives and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market developments to adjust strategies.
