Regional Manager – Buy Now Pay Later

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead the sales effort for PalmPay’s Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product across the assigned region. You will develop and execute strategies that drive growth, manage a team of sales professionals, and build strong partnerships with merchants and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies to meet regional BNPL targets.
• Lead, coach, and monitor a team of sales executives and agents.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand BNPL penetration through merchant and distributor relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adapt tactics.
• Engage with partner financial institutions and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, managing risk in card distribution and sales.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve escalated BNPL issues and maintain high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a customer base.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
