Regional IELTS Manager EU, Pakistan & CIS

About the role

IDP Education Ltd is seeking a Regional IELTS Manager to lead the IELTS test‑centre network across the EU, Pakistan and CIS regions. The role reports to the Regional IELTS Director and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive relationships with IELTS Test Administrators at associate centres.
• Ensure all test‑takers receive exemplary service before, during and after the IELTS exam.
• Lead the transformation of test centres into customer‑service centres of excellence through training and performance monitoring.
• Manage escalation of customer complaints and optimise B2C touchpoints.
• Provide monthly performance feedback to centres and address operational issues.
• Design launch plans for new IELTS products and drive projects that enhance the offering for test‑takers and partner organisations.
• Monitor competitor offerings and share insights with the regional team.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a strong challenge mindset.
• Extensive experience in operations, sales or marketing within an education or testing environment.
• Motivated, results‑driven individual with proven discovery and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to mentor new centre administrators and ensure compliance with IELTS standards.
