Regional Business Development Officer – Lagos & Western Nigeria

About the role

The Regional Business Development Officer will lead AMCE’s growth in Lagos State and Western Nigeria by building high‑value referral networks, forging strategic partnerships, and increasing the centre’s market presence for oncology, cardiovascular and haematology services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan for Lagos State and Western Nigeria, targeting high‑potential healthcare providers.
• Prospect, engage and onboard new referring partners—including private clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres and specialist physicians—across key areas such as Ikeja, Victoria Island, Lekki, Surulere and major cities in Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti and Ondo.
• Conduct weekly sales engagements (virtual and in‑person) to present AMCE’s service portfolio, negotiate agreements and secure formal referral partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new partner acquisition and referral volume.
• Maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of referring partners, acting as the local ambassador for AMCE’s services.
• Ensure partner satisfaction through regular check‑ins, after‑sales support and smooth patient referral processes.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies and new service launches; prepare detailed weekly activity and market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop and execute territory sales plans.
• Experience in building and managing referral networks within the healthcare sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
