Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

Transsion Holdings, a global technology giant behind brands such as TECNO, Infinix, itel, Oraimo and Syinix, is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor for its Ikeja office in Lagos. The role will lead the internal recruitment team and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment pipelines, leading, coaching and supporting the internal recruitment team.
• Partner with hiring managers across divisions to analyse staffing needs and deliver quality talent within target SLAs.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, review candidate shortlists and participate in interview processes.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, generate hiring reports and ensure compliance with company policies and best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
