Recruitment Analyst

About the role

Alpha Mead Group, a total real estate solutions company offering facilities management, development advisory, security systems, training, healthcare management and financing services, is looking for a Recruitment Analyst in Lagos. The role suits someone who finds talent beyond CVs, builds talent pipelines, uses recruitment technology and improves the hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from job requisition to offer and onboarding
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates against defined requirements
• Develop and publish job adverts
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records in the ATS
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports
• Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks and other pre-employment activities
• Support digitisation of recruitment processes and build a talent pipeline

Required profile

• First degree from a reputable institution
• 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related HR role
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing
• Strong communication, organisation, multitasking and attention to detail
• Good professional appearance, diplomatic, discreet, flexible and dependable

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analytics
• Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is an added advantage
• An edge: HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, recruitment analytics reporting, recruitment automation and HR technology
