HR Lead Manager

About the role

Harcadiax Systems Ltd is looking for an HR Lead Manager based in Lagos, Marina. The role translates business goals into workforce plans and talent strategies, leads HR teams and oversees hiring, employee relations and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals into workforce plans, talent strategies and organizational development initiatives.
• Direct, mentor and coordinate HR generalists, recruiters or department specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring pipelines, succession planning, leadership growth and retention programs.
• Mediate complex workplace disputes, handle high-level grievances and champion a positive culture.

Required profile

• B.Sc., HND, ND, MBA in Human Resource Management or another relevant field, as specified by the employer.
• 7 years of relevant HR experience, including substantial responsibility for HR operations and people management.
• Oil and gas industry experience, including contractor management or operational workforce planning, is an advantage.
• Relevant HR professional certification is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and employment compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
