Real Estate Sales Representative – Abuja

About the role

Greenwood Limited is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join its Abuja office. You will be responsible for driving property sales across residential, commercial and investment segments, building strong client relationships, and delivering on sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and digital channels.
• Market and sell residential, commercial and investment properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on viewings.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Negotiate property prices and facilitate successful transactions.
• Prepare and present property proposals and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the company’s CRM.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in real‑estate sales, property marketing or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja real‑estate market (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
