Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives for Luxury Redwood Properties, driving revenue across a diverse property portfolio. Based on‑site in Lagos, the role focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture prospective buyers for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections and negotiate terms to secure sales.
• Maintain and update property listings in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Guide and mentor sales agents, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License (where applicable) and solid knowledge of real estate and property valuation.
• Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and deal closing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build trust and manage client expectations.
• Understanding of local market trends and regulatory requirements; experience in the Nigerian market is a plus.
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience, preferably with a track record of supervising or mentoring sales teams.
