Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

DreamCity Property & Investment Limited is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales in Lagos. The role focuses on generating leads, showcasing properties, and closing deals while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital channels and site visits.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand Lagos property trends.
• Present, promote and sell residential and commercial properties and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups and high-quality service.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, availability and financing options.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Coordinate property viewings and site inspections.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and performance analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with Lagos market conditions, competitor activities and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the real-estate sector.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos property market and its trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
