Real Estate Sales Advisor

About the role

Alaro City, a fast‑growing urban development project in Nigeria, is seeking a Real Estate Sales Advisor to drive its commercial and industrial sales initiatives. You will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing while supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with Alaro City’s strategic goals and sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including client presentations, site visits, negotiations, closures, and post‑sale administration.
• Collaborate with the Transactions team to track, interpret, and report weekly sales performance.
• Ensure consistent use of the Salesforce CRM by the team, monitoring data quality and quantity.
• Analyse CRM data to optimise lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
• Provide leadership, set individual targets, and conduct daily check‑ins to monitor progress.
• Deliver training sessions to improve the sales techniques of team members.

Required profile

• Strong background in sales, preferably within real estate or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
• Experience in using CRM systems for data tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
