About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketer to join our real‑estate team and drive the promotion of properties across Ibadan and Oyo State. You will play a key part in generating leads, showcasing homes, and building our brand presence in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Attract potential buyers, sellers, and investors through targeted campaigns.
- Property Promotion: Create engaging property listings using professional photography, virtual tours, and compelling descriptions.
- Market Research: Analyse local housing trends, competitor pricing, and audience behaviour to refine sales strategies.
- Brand Building: Strengthen trust and visibility for our agents, agencies, and property developments.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven record of selling a property.
