About the role

Tribest Corporate Support is seeking a Real Estate Manager to lead the oversight and optimisation of its property portfolio in Warri. You will ensure assets are well‑maintained, efficiently utilised and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day property operations and maintenance activities.
Coordinate lease agreements, monitor tenant relations and ensure timely renewals.
Conduct market research on real‑estate trends and support commercial lease negotiations.
Prepare regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates and financial metrics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on acquisitions, disposals and improvement projects.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or a related field (preferred).
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
