About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Real Estate Marketing Executive to join our property team in Warri. The successful candidate will generate high‑value leads, promote property listings, and help close sales or lease agreements in a fast‑moving market.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns targeting the Warri property market.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture high‑value leads for property sales and leases.
- Conduct property viewings and deliver compelling client presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Required profile
- Proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
