Real Estate Administrative Officer

About the role

We are looking for a competent and well‑organized Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of our real‑estate business. The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage administrative tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office operations, documentation, records, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate staff activities, meetings, and management requests.
• Handle client enquiries, follow‑ups, complaints, and correspondence professionally.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client and company records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years proven experience in administration, office management, or a related role.
• Strong ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure.
• Professional attitude, high integrity, and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience using CRM systems to manage client information and interactions.
• Proven ability in database management, including data entry, verification, organization, and retrieval.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from ₦150,000 to ₦200,000 per month, based on experience and competency.
