Quality Manager

About the role

Fabcom Structural Ltd. is looking for an experienced, detail‑driven Quality Manager to lead the factory quality management system for its roofing production operations. You will work across production, maintenance, procurement and management teams to embed quality into every manufacturing stage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the factory Quality Management System (QMS) in line with company policies and industry standards.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve quality procedures, work instructions and control plans.
• Monitor raw material, in‑process and finished product quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and performance requirements.
• Plan and oversee routine inspections and testing, analyse results and lead regular quality review meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as 5 Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams and other root‑cause methods.
• Manage customer complaints and internal quality issues, coordinating corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a quality leadership role within building‑materials or manufacturing environments.
• Strong ability to balance hands‑on quality control with system‑level leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
