About the role
The Quality Assurance Engineer will collaborate with product, development, and project teams to ensure Krystal Digital’s software solutions are reliable, secure, and meet business and user requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual testing including functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify defects, conduct regression testing, and validate APIs and databases.
- Execute quality audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (professional certifications such as ISTQB or Six Sigma are a plus).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Required skills
- Manual testing techniques (functional, integration, system, UAT).
- Test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and basic SQL for database validation.
