Quality Assurance Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the standards of our hospitality operations in Abuja. The role involves ensuring guest rooms, public areas, laundry and back‑of‑house services meet Corinth Group’s SOPs and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and surprise inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry operations and back‑of‑house areas.
• Assess compliance with Corinth Group SOPs and client‑approved procedures, documenting findings.
• Issue clear corrective‑action requirements, set firm deadlines and monitor progress to verified closure.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement preventive measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce standards consistently.
