QA/QC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team in Lagos. The role involves ensuring that all project activities meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate material and workmanship testing.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and project teams on quality-related matters.
• Participate in site inspections, audits, and quality meetings.
• Support continuous improvement of quality management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project specifications, inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
