Projects Supervisor – Real Estate Development

About the role

DreamCity Property & Investment Limited is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Projects Supervisor to lead multiple real‑estate development portfolios across Abuja and Lagos. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, from concept through handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative direction for high‑rise and mixed‑use developments.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Lagos and Abuja state agencies to secure permits and approvals.
• Implement advanced project‑management methodologies to optimise resources and processes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of project managers, site engineers, architects, and technical staff.
• Enforce rigorous quality, health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate construction, logistics, regulatory, and schedule risks.
• Represent the company in client, contractor, and consultant engagements and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive senior project‑management experience in large‑scale real‑estate or construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑rise or mixed‑use developments on schedule and budget.
