Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead consulting and technology projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating clients, consultants, designers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure timely, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project charters, implementation plans, work‑breakdown structures, timelines and delivery roadmaps.
• Facilitate agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, working closely with product leads.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate approvals, sign‑offs and change requests.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage scope changes through formal change control and ensure governance compliance.
• Track project burn‑rates, delivery costs and resource allocation to keep projects commercially viable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or telecoms.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM or PMI‑ACP.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and digital product development.
• Risk, budget and resource management, project governance.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of software engineering concepts, APIs, cloud applications and system integrations.
