About the role
Ei Ready is seeking a Project Manager to support the team by maintaining project sheets, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth coordination across initiatives. The ideal candidate is an active listener, communicates well, works collaboratively, and excels at problem‑solving.
Key responsibilities
- Create detailed and organized spreadsheets for project tracking.
- Monitor progress and timelines, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with 2‑3 years of relevant work.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Gmail).
- Experience using CRM tools such as GoHighLevel.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
- Project management tools like Asana.
- Workflow management systems (GERU) and streaming software (OneStream Live).
