Project Manager – Architecture & Interior Design

About the role

Kadstudios, a Lagos‑based design and lifestyle studio, is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of architecture, interior and lifestyle product projects from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines and budgets, and track milestones.
• Coordinate internal design, procurement and construction teams as well as external vendors and contractors.
• Lead project meetings, monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure quality, safety and sustainability goals are met.
• Maintain clear documentation, prepare status reports and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and material flow.
• Conduct site inspections, compliance checks and quality‑control reviews.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience in expediting, inspection, quality control and logistics management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work on‑site, manage contractors and vendors, and adapt to a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and Afrocentric design contexts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello or similar.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
