Project Manager – Architectural Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through delivery. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations for projects based in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Review architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure adherence to building regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Professional certification or membership with a recognized architectural body (preferred).

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 400,000 to NGN 600,000 per month.
