About the role
Inikio Designs is hiring an entry-level Project Assistant based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role acts as the main on-site link between the company and workers, artisans and contractors, covering coordination, materials, documentation and quality checks.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for workers, artisans and contractors.
- Assist with local procurement and audit site inventory.
- Keep precise logs of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Inspect artisan craftsmanship against company standards and ensure site safety and cleanliness.
Required profile
- Entry-level candidate; a background or degree in Architecture is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as ClickUp.
- Process-driven, highly organized and able to communicate confidently with site workers, vendors and team members.
- Trustworthy with records and funds, and willing to commute across active project sites in Port Harcourt.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of design or architectural tools such as Figma, AutoCAD or SketchUp.
