About the role
Hacey is looking for a Program Officer (Economic Inclusion) in Lagos. The role supports initiatives that help young people, especially women, gain skills, access opportunities and improve their livelihoods, through training, mentorship and access to resources that support financial independence.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation of programmes focused on skills development and entrepreneurship
- Assist in mobilising and onboarding programme participants
- Coordinate trainings, workshops and mentorship sessions
- Track participant progress and maintain accurate records
- Provide support to participants throughout the programme lifecycle
- Collect outcome data such as income growth, employment or business progress
- Engage with partners, facilitators and community stakeholders
- Identify challenges faced by participants and support solutions
- Document success stories and lessons learned from programme activities
