Program Manager

About the role

The Program Management Associate is a pivotal operational leader within Coriftech, driving the strategic execution of comprehensive training initiatives through rigorous coordination and community building. The role oversees the complete program lifecycle, from participant onboarding to post-program evaluation, while maintaining strong communication channels and high engagement standards. It also supports facilitators and learners with the resources and support needed to ensure effective programs and satisfied participants.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate the end-to-end onboarding workflow for new program cohorts
• Plan and communicate program sessions, deadlines and milestones to stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze participant attendance and engagement throughout the program
• Act as central liaison for learners and facilitators, resolving inquiries and operational issues
• Coordinate logistics for facilitators and distribute program materials on time
• Evaluate community engagement trends and run targeted strategies to boost learner participation
• Gather, analyze and report program feedback and key performance metrics
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of program activities and operational records

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management, operations or a related coordination role
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and deliverables at once
• Excellent communication skills with diverse learners and facilitators
• Ability to foster community engagement and resolve conflicts
• Experience with logistical planning and resource coordination in a training or educational setting
