About the role

Posh Body Essence is seeking a motivated Professional Sales Representative to join its Abuja retail team. You will be the face of the brand, engaging customers directly, demonstrating product benefits, and delivering personalized recommendations that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers in‑store, present and demonstrate body care products, and answer product‑related questions.
• Process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records of orders, inventory, and customer information.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure attractive and organized product displays, and support promotional events or in‑store activities.
• Collect customer feedback, follow up on inquiries, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail environment while standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and professional relationships.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Basic administrative and record‑keeping competence with attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in beauty, skincare, or personal‑care products and willingness to learn product features.
• Reliability, integrity, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; sales or marketing training is a plus.
