About the role
Streamsoft Innovative Limited is hiring a full-time Production Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. The role oversees daily production operations and supervises production staff so that targets and schedules are met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and activities.
- Coordinate and supervise production staff.
- Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards.
- Identify and address production issues promptly.
- Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment and other production resources.
Required profile
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
