Production Manager

About the role

Buckler Land Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing of armored vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high‑quality production while maintaining strict safety and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the production process, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Lead technical projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and budgets.
• Prepare detailed production reports and data‑driven recommendations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (advanced degrees a plus).
• 3‑5 years of production management experience, preferably in automotive or vehicle manufacturing.
• Proven supervisory or line‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of production standards, legislation, and technical compliance.
