About the role
A growing food and FMCG company, recruited through a recruiter, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient, safe and quality-driven operations. The position is based in Ipaja/Ayobo, Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily food production and production schedules
- Supervise production staff and ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Maintain product quality, hygiene and food-safety standards
- Manage raw materials, inventory, waste and production costs
- Monitor production processes so targets and standards are consistently met
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in food/FMCG manufacturing or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of food production, hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to manage inventory and control production costs
- Organized, proactive and result-oriented
What we offer
