Product Sales Specialist – Data Centre Managed Services

About the role

The Product Sales Specialist will lead enterprise sales for Airtel's Data Centre Managed Services (DCMS). Working closely with the Airtel Enterprise sales team, you will drive business across OTTs, cloud providers, content providers, enterprises and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with telecom operators, OTT platforms, cloud and content providers.
• Lead DCMS sales through the B2B Enterprise sales team, ensuring effective customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Develop account‑specific sales strategies, pipeline development and order bookings.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to design, customise and deploy data‑centre solutions.
• Lead participation in large RFP opportunities, handling solution development, bid management and commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading consultative sales teams and engaging CXO‑level stakeholders.
• Strong techno‑commercial expertise with solid understanding of DCMS sales cycles.
• Ability to support and enable field sales teams in positioning and selling DCMS solutions.

Required skills

• Data Centre Managed Services knowledge.
• Consultative sales methodology.
• Experience with enterprise, OTT and SMB sales processes.
